Based on the appeal of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 12, 2012, the journal “Scientific reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics” was included in the register of printed publications on November 16, 2012.
“Scientific reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics” is a multidisciplinary journal. The purpose of the journal is to give preference to the publication of original articles which scientifically and methodologically reflect modern and general conceptual problems of economics and other sciences (informatics, sociology, etc.) in optimal, theoretical and practical harmony.
This journal is included in the list of periodicals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in which publications of main results of dissertations are recommended. In January 2012, the Azerbaijan State University of Economics received the international standard serial number “ISSN 2306-8426” for the journal “Scientific reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics”.
Since 2013, articles in the journal “Scientific Reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics” have been publishing in three languages (Azerbaijani, English and Russian). The journal is published quarterly (four times a year).
The journal “Scientific reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics” set a goal to be indexed in the prestigious scientific databases. To achieve this, certain changes have been done:
Citations are in accordance with international standards. Each submitted article is assigned to be reviewed by two reviewers in a double-blind review process, and based on their positive feedback and after successfully passing the Strikeplagiarism anti-plagiarism system, the article is accepted for publication in future issues. Reviewers express their opinions by filling in a form prepared in accordance with international standards.
The journal is intended for specialists, doctoral students and researchers working in various fields of science.
